Originally founded in 1989, Tools For Schools is a nationwide company that specializes in acquiring and producing the highest quality food products exclusively for the school food service market, at generally less-than-wholesale pricing. We currently market our concept and products in 33 states to over 3,200 customers. In addition to our selection of Wise Buy Specials and well-priced Line Items, we pride ourselves in understanding and working with the specific challenges that face school food service directors across the nation. We partner with our customers to constantly find new ways of stretching their purchasing power.
Originally founded in 1955, Northwest specializes in acquiring and distributing the highest quality food products for schools and institutions in Idaho, Utah, Washington and Oregon. In addition to marketing commercial food products and Wise Buys, Northwest is the USDA commodity distributor for the state of Idaho. Northwest specializes in marketing to school food service through their warehouse in Emmett, Idaho. Products are delivered throughout the Intermountain and Northwest by a fleet of modern tractors and refrigerated trailers.
